These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Bozoo(the "Service"), operated by Volker Bohn, Asgardstr. 62, 81925 München, Germany ("we", "us"). They apply to all visitors and to anyone who submits a product listing or purchases a paid placement. Deviating terms of the user do not apply unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.

Bozoo is a curated directory of software-as-a-service products from Europe. We offer free editorial listings as well as optional paid listings and visibility placements. We may change, expand, or discontinue features of the Service at any time, provided this is reasonable for users.

When you submit a product, you warrant that:

• the information you provide is accurate and not misleading;
• you are entitled to submit the product and to grant the rights in section 7;
• the content does not infringe third-party rights (including trademarks, copyrights, or competition law) and complies with applicable law.

You are responsible for the content you submit. We may request verification and may correct obvious errors.

All submissions undergo editorial review. We decide at our reasonable discretion whether, when, and in what form a listing is published, and we may edit, reject, unpublish, or remove listings — in particular if they are inaccurate, unlawful, or inconsistent with the purpose of the directory. A free listing does not create a claim to publication.

Paid plans provide profile enhancements and additional visibility (e.g. featured or sponsored placement) as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. They are paid as one-time fees. Paid placement does not influence editorial assessments, and sponsored links are marked accordingly. A paid plan does not guarantee any specific commercial result (such as clicks, traffic, or conversions).

Prices are shown on the pricing page and are stated in euros. Statutory VAT is added where applicable. Payments are processed by our payment service provider Mollie. The contract for a paid listing is concluded when we confirm the order and/or activate the listing. Invoices are made available electronically.

You retain all rights to the content, logos, and trademarks you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, reproduce, and make this content publicly available for the purpose of operating and promoting the directory, for as long as your listing is published. You can request removal of your listing at any time.

You may not misuse the Service, in particular not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with the operation of the Service. We may suspend access in the event of material or repeated breaches.

If you are a consumer, statutory rights of withdrawal may apply. As paid listings are typically purchased by businesses, the consumer right of withdrawal generally does not apply. Where it does apply and you request that the service begins before the end of the withdrawal period, the statutory provisions on the early commencement of services apply. Bozooprovides information about third-party products for orientation purposes. We do not endorse listed products, do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of any listed product, and are not a party to any contract you may enter into with a listed provider. The directory is provided "as is".

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. In the case of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), and such liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Any further liability is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability, including under the Product Liability Act, remains unaffected.

Free listings may be removed by either side at any time. Paid listings run for the period stated at purchase. We may terminate or remove a listing for good cause, in particular in the event of breaches of these Terms or applicable law.

We may amend these Terms with effect for the future where this is necessary and reasonable for users (e.g. due to changes in the law or the Service). The current version is always available on this page.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of the consumer's habitual residence remain unaffected. If the user is a merchant, legal entity under public law, or special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is München.

Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
